Stocktaking will detect over-pouring, under-ringing, spillages and mistakes. You should see your gross profit increase as you maximise your stock yield.
We can reduce your stockholding by identifying stock that isn't selling and look at ways to increase sales. We can also reduce overall stock to a sensible level which will release additional cashflow.
Selling high levels of low-profit stock items is not helping your business maximise profit. We will identify stock which staff should be up-selling and recommending. Stock items which aren't profitable can be identified and replaced.

You can use our Online Booking System to choose the date that best suits you for stocktaking. We will confirm your stocktake fee when we confirm your booking.
We won't do the count and run off to another job like some stocktaking companies do. We will endeavour to complete the audit on the day then advise you on ways to improve stock control.
We will monitor supplier cost prices when we carry out each audit and inform you of significant price rises when they occur.
We will include the number of days' stockholding on-site, helping to reduce it to a sensible level. We will monitor sell-by dates and stock which isn't selling.
Each stocktake comes with a full stock valuation certificate, so you can tie-in your stocktake schedule to co-incide with your end of year. We can also include consumables in the valuation.
You can secure a stocktake booking with us right now and we will confirm the fee before visiting. We will NOT ask you for any credit card or bank details during the booking process. We will contact you via email to confirm the fee, there is no commitment to continue if you are unhappy with the cost.
* Fees shown below are fixed based on the stock period shown and up to £7k per week Wet turnover and £10k per week Dry Turnover.
All prices shown exclude VAT. Direct debits are available if you wish to spread your stocktake costs over the year.
